Chelsee Delgado
Florida is so much more than the state I represent. It’s where my life was reshaped, where I learned to rebuild, and where I discovered resilience, purpose, and the power of taking life one step at a time.
As an Ambassador for the Women’s Center of Brevard, I advocate for survivors of domestic violence, and as a Certified Cognitive Mental Fitness Coach with My Steady Mind, I encourage others to strengthen their minds just as intentionally as they strengthen their bodies. I’m also passionate about mental wellness, autism inclusion, and supporting those navigating grief, because I’ve learned firsthand that sometimes moving forward simply means taking it one day, one breath, and one small step at a time.
I’m a proud mom of four and grandmother who loves traveling cross-country, deep-sea fishing, and supporting the community around me. I’m incredibly grateful to represent Florida, the state that helped shape my story and the woman I continue to become.
Mrs. Florida America 2025
Eddah Wanyoike, is an international humanitarian leader focused on protecting children, empowering women, supporting wounded veterans, and uplifting marginalized communities.
She supports pediatric cancer patients (Runway to Hope, Kids Beating Cancer, The Ripples Project); domestic violence survivors (Stand Up Survivors, Uncovered Film); and disability inclusion/mental health (Nathaniel’s Smile, Challenge 22).
Eddah hosts the Mrs. Florida Art & Charity Gala benefiting Victoria’s Voice Foundation to raise fentanyl/opioid awareness and honor the Siegel family’s establishment of National Naloxone Day (June 6th).
Globally, she delivers solar power and education to Maasai children in Kenya.
Honored with the Be Great Humanitarian Award – 2025 and Service Before Self Honor Coin, and featured in Luxe Varie and DaVinci magazines, Eddah represents Florida with compassion, purpose, and global vision.

Hayley Franklin
Hayley is a Market Manager in the staffing industry, where she leads sales and operations with a people-first approach. A marathon runner and triathlete, she credits endurance sports with shaping her discipline, resilience, and mental toughness. Hayley is a recipient of The Women in Leadership award and has been recognized for breaking barriers early in her career as the youngest elected female from Kentucky.
Deeply committed to service and community impact, Hayley serves as a Chamber Ambassador and is actively involved in initiatives that promote health, wellness, and leadership development. She is passionate about empowering women, leading with integrity, and using her platform to inspire others to pursue their goals with confidence and purpose.
